Europcar Oman & Bahrain hosted an exclusive pre-launch gathering on Wednesday, 7 October, at The Diplomatic Club, Muscat by the Sea, welcoming sponsors, board members of the Oman Golf Association, general managers of golf clubs, representatives of the golfing community and golf enthusiasts ahead of the 12th Europcar Open, scheduled for 11 December 2026 at Al Mouj Golf.
Presented this year under the banner "Asha Enterprises Presents the Europcar Open", the tournament continues a legacy spanning more than a decade, having evolved from a corporate golf competition into an established platform connecting Oman's business, diplomatic and golfing communities.
The pre-launch gathering provided an opportunity to reconnect with longstanding supporters, welcome new partners and celebrate the relationships that have shaped the Europcar Open over the years.
Adding to the evening's experience, guests enjoyed a specially curated culinary offering by Mumtaz Mahal, whose signature flavours and warm hospitality brought a distinctive touch to the gathering.
Building on the success of its 11th edition, which attracted 124 golfers and over 260 guests at the evening gala, the tournament continues to strengthen its regional appeal, bringing together golfers and business leaders from Oman, Bahrain, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
