Oman condemns Israeli airstrikes on Syria

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman has condemned and denounced the Israeli airstrikes that targeted Abu al-Zuhour Military Airport in the sisterly Arab Republic of Syria.

In a statement, Oman reaffirmed its rejection of such aggressions, warning that they pose a threat to the security and stability of the region.

Oman renewed its solidarity with Syria and expressed its support for all efforts aimed at preserving the country’s sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity.

The Sultanate reiterated its firm position in support of regional stability and respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Arab states.
