Muscat: The North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command has arrested three citizens in the Wilayat of Sohar for violating traffic rules and endangering public safety. The arrests were made after one of the individuals was caught driving his vehicle at high speeds, acting recklessly, and performing dangerous stunts and drifting on a public road.
ROP said in a statement :"The North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command arrested three citizens because one of them violated traffic rules, drove his vehicle at high speeds, recklessly and carelessly, and performed stunts and drifting on the public road in the state of Sohar, endangering road users. In addition, the two companions filmed the incident and published it via social media. The necessary legal procedures are being completed."
