Royal Oman Police seeks public assistance to find missing Bangladeshi national

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has issued a public notice regarding a missing person in the Al Rustaq Governorate. According to an announcement shared by the Security Relations and Media Department on X, Akter Shah Jan, a Bangladeshi national, left her family's home on May 31, 2026, and has not yet returned. Authorities are appealing to the public for any information regarding her current whereabouts to assist in ensuring her safe return.

The police urged anyone with information that could help locate her to contact the Police Operations Center at 9999 or the nearest police station.
