Muscat : The Ministry of Labour urged all companies and workers to begin the procedures for obtaining the Professional Classification Certificate and the Professional Practice License.

The Ministry of Labour urges all companies and workers to proactively begin the procedures for obtaining the Professional Classification Certificate and the Professional Practice License at least one to two months prior to the expiry of the expat worker's residence card or the Omani worker's employment contract.

This is in line with previous announcements issued for each sector, to ensure timely verification and issuance, and to avoid any penalties from other competent authorities.
