Dhofar: Tourist dies in climbing incident at Jabal Samhan

Dhofar: Rescue and ambulance teams from the Civil Defense and Ambulance Department in Dhofar Governorate, with support from local citizens, responded to an incident involving a tourist who fell while mountain climbing in Jabal Samhan, Wilayat Mirbat.

According to authorities, the tourist—an avid climber—slipped from a slope in an elevated area of the mountain. Despite rescue efforts, he sustained severe injuries that ultimately led to his death.
