Salalah: Nama Dhofar Services announced on Tuesday the provision of 200 technical training opportunities linked to employment with its contracted companies, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and the Authority for Public Services Regulation (APSR), as part of the initiatives of the Governance Committee for Employment and In-Country Value in the Public Services Sector in Dhofar Governorate.
The recruitment process will take place via the "Tawteen" platform in coordination with the Ministry of Labour. These efforts contribute to meeting the needs of the water, wastewater, and electricity sectors, and developing services through trained and qualified national cadres to achieve the targets of "Oman Vision 2040."
It is worth noting that the first batch included 467 job opportunities with operating companies contracted with Nama Dhofar Services, while the second batch includes 200 new job opportunities, bringing the total to 667 job opportunities this year across successive phases of the Omanization initiative in permanent contracts.
The announcement of these job vacancies comes as part of Nama Dhofar Services' efforts to enhance employment and training fields and support the continuation of joint cooperation with the Ministry of Labour, thereby contributing to empowering national cadres and raising their readiness to join the labour market.
