Muscat: Over 20 expatriates were arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP), for attempting to enter the Sultanate of Oman illegally through a fishing boat.
The Royal Oman Police (ROP), said in a statement: "Twenty two Asian nationals were arrested by the Coast Guard Police Unit in North Al Batinah Governorate for for attempting to enter the country illegally through a fishing boat. Legal procedures are being completed against them."
