MUSCAT: Music lovers in Oman are set for a nostalgic journey through Bollywood’s most cherished melodies as Tribute to Legends – Sadak brings the magic of Hindi cinema’s golden era to Muscat.
The timeless melodies of Asha Bhosle, Lata Mangeshkar, Kishore Kumar and Mohammed Rafi will be celebrated during a live tribute concert at the Sheraton Oman Hotel on June 5.
Organisers said the event will recreate the charm and emotion of Bollywood’s golden age through a six-hour musical experience, with doors opening at 8pm and performances continuing until 2am.
The evening will present a carefully curated selection of timeless classics that have remained popular across generations.
The concert will showcase performances by vocalists Afnan, Al Sabith, Farzana and Riyaz RK, who will bring legendary songs back to life for audiences in Oman.
Alongside the music, guests can enjoy a festive atmosphere complete with food, beverages and a celebration of Bollywood nostalgia at one of Muscat’s landmark venues.
Organisers expect the event to attract fans of classic Hindi music from across the Sultanate, offering an opportunity to relive some of the most memorable songs ever recorded in Indian cinema.
The concert promises an evening of melody, memories and tribute to artists whose voices continue to resonate with audience’s decades after their songs first captivated listeners.
