
Muscat: The official price of Oman crude oil for delivery in June rose sharply to $111.44 per barrel on Thursday, marking a significant increase in global energy markets.
According to the latest data, the price surged by $6.57 compared to Wednesday’s rate of $104.87 per barrel, reflecting renewed upward momentum in oil trading.
Meanwhile, the monthly average price of Omani crude for delivery in April stood at $68.15 per barrel, registering an increase of $5.98 compared to March’s delivery price.
The rise underscores ongoing volatility in oil markets, influenced by global supply-demand dynamics and geopolitical factors.
