
Muscat: Oil exports from Oman recorded an increase of 2.2 percent reaching 50.31 million barrels at the end of February 2026 compared to 49.24 million during the same period in 2025.
Preliminary statistics issued by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) indicated that the average price of oil decreased by 13.1 percent to reach $63.3 per barrel until the end of February 2026 compared to $72.8 during the same period in 2025.
In contrast, the average daily oil production increased by 3.8 percent to reach 1.02 million barrels per day by the end of February 2026 compared to 986,900 barrels per day during the same period last year.
Meanwhile, Oman’s oil production increased by 3.8 percent reaching 60.45 million barrels until the end of February 2026 compared to 58.23 million barrels compared to the same period in 2025.
