Oman welcomes ceasefire announcement between Iran and USA

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman had welcomed the ceasefire announcement between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America. Oman appreciates the efforts made by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in this regard and all parties calling for a ceasefire.

The Sultanate stresses the importance of intensifying efforts now to find solutions that will end the crisis at its roots. This is intended to achieve a permanent cessation of hostilities in the region.
