HM the Sultan issues Royal Decree

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal Decree No. (104/2025) on conducting appointments at the Diwan of Royal Court, reading as follows:

Article (1) appoints HH Sayyid Loay bin Ghalib bin Khalid Al Said as Secretary General of the Diwan of Royal Court, with the special grade.

Article (2) appoints HH Sayyid Nadir bin Al Julanda bin Majed Al Said as Advisor in the Diwan of Royal Court, along with his current grade and financial allocations.

Article (3) says that this Royal decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
