
Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today received, at Al Barakah Palace, the credentials of a number of Ambassadors of Arab and friendly countries appointed to the Sultanate of Oman. His Majesty received the credentials of the following:
- Hrachya Poladian, Ambassador of President Vahagn Khachaturyan of the Republic of Armenia to the Sultanate of Oman.
- Maartje Peters, Ambassador of King Willem-Alexander of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Sultanate of Oman.
- Olha Selykh, Ambassador of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine to the Sultanate of Oman.
- Yasser Mohammed Shaban, Ambassador of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Sultanate of Oman.
The ambassadors conveyed the greetings of the leaders of their respective countries to His Majesty the Sultan. They expressed their great honor and pleasure in presenting their credentials to His Majesty the Sultan, hoping that their tours of duty would be successful in achieving mutual benefits between their countries and the Sultanate of Oman.
The ambassadors affirmed their determination to strive diligently to strengthen relations and boost investments in various sectors to achieve the desired goals and future visions for their countries and the Sultanate of Oman.
His Majesty the Sultan welcomed the Ambassadors, expressing his sincere gratitude and appreciation to the leaders of their countries for their kind greetings and sincere wishes. His Majesty prayed to God Almighty to grant them success in carrying out their responsibilities, assuring them that they will receive full support from the Government and the people to enable them to perform their practical duties with ease, serving the interests and aspirations of their countries and the Sultanate of Oman.
The ceremony for the presentation of credentials was attended by the Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, the Foreign Minister, the Commander of the Royal Guard of Oman, and the Military Aides to His Majesty the Sultan.
