
Muscat: As part of national efforts to advance digital transformation and simplify access to government services for individuals and institutions, the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology, represented by the National Digital Transformation Program has launched a campaign centered around the Unified Government Services Portal under the slogan “We’ve Made It Easy for You.” The campaign aims to unify communication messages across various government entities and highlight the integration of services within a single digital platform that makes life easier for citizens and residents.
This initiative reflects the Ministry’s commitment to improving the quality of digital services and expanding their accessibility, thereby enhancing user experience and contributing to greater efficiency and transparency in public service delivery.
One Unified Digital Platform
The campaign seeks to raise awareness about the Unified Government Services Portal and deepen public understanding of its capabilities. It also encourages community engagement and interaction through user-generated content.
Additionally, the campaign aims to increase the number of registered users on the portal and unify the communication efforts of different government entities under one umbrella, presenting a cohesive image of digital government services that are now more accessible and aligned with user needs.

The campaign highlights the added value of the unified portal as the central gateway for government services and official information in the Sultanate of Oman. It enables users to complete transactions electronically with ease and provides access to the latest news, events, and data issued by government entities. The campaign also emphasizes the platform’s security and reliability in protecting user data and ensuring privacy, supported by advanced digital infrastructure and high cybersecurity standards.
