Muscat : The Fourth Al Assalah Towers Art Competition brought colours, creativity and community together in a vibrant celebration of artistic expression. Held on 4th October at Al Assalah Towers in Al Ghubra, Muscat, the much-awaited annual event saw the enthusiastic participation of 125 talented artists, from children as young as four years old to adults, all belonging to the Al Assalah Towers community.
Supported by Prestige Properties, The Movers, Shah Nagardas, Maharaja, Kesar, 968, Neeti Design Studio, Nabeel Biscuits, Avon, Kaldi 850 Coffee and Al Mnarh, the competition served as an inspiring platform for budding and seasoned artists to showcase their imagination and creativity.
The event was judged by renowned artists Khursheed Raja and Chanjeet Singh, whose expertise brought great value to the judging process. Both artists shared thoughtful feedback and practical guidance, motivating participants to keep nurturing their artistic skills.
Attendees highlighted the importance of such community-driven initiatives, noting that art is not just about beauty on canvas—it’s a reflection of emotions, imagination and human connection. The competition’s main goal was to inspire individuals across age groups to express themselves freely through art and to strengthen the creative bond within the community.
The day concluded with a lively prize distribution ceremony attended by over 200 residents. Winners received trophies, certificates of merit and exciting prizes, while all participants were celebrated for their enthusiasm and creative spirit.
The event once again underscored Al Assalah Towers’ commitment to fostering community engagement and encouraging the pursuit of art and creativity among its residents.
