US President receives credentials of Oman's Ambassador

Washington:  US President Donald Trump received Talal bin Sulaiman Al Rahbi, who presented his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sultanate of Oman to the United States of America, during an official ceremony held at the White House.

During the meeting, the ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and His Majesty's wishes for good health and happiness to the US President and for continued progress and prosperity of the government and people of the United States of America.

For his part, the US President asked the Oman’s ambassador to convey his sincere greetings to His Majesty the Sultan and his wishes of good health, and continued progress and prosperity for the government and people of the Sultanate of Oman.

During the meeting, the US President expressed his good wishes for the Ambassador's success in carrying out his duties, and for further boosting the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.

The Ambassador expressed the Sultanate of Oman's keenness to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries and advance cooperation in all fields to serve common interests.
